The Act clearly prohibits the traditional rights of country dwellers and others . From my own experience , Angling is far more cruel , but Governments are surely more reluctant to offend greater numbers of the population .
REPEAL . The Act was passed by MP's with little understanding of the real and irreplaceable value of the Countryside and it's people as a reservoir of traditional British values, and pressured by those Urban dwellers with prejudices . A prejudice is defined as a negative belief held without knowledge.
