Local footpaths have been re-opened, however common sense does not prevail as some are dangerous. Can footpaths which have been re-opened, to great expense to the tax payer, be reviewed to see whether dangerous or not.

Why is this idea important?

I know of several footpaths in the area which I live have been re-opened which lead straight on to a busy 'A' road. I do agree that footpaths are essential to encourage rambling, our rights of way etc, but it seems that stubborness has got in the way of safety and footpaths have been opened without due thought and consideration.
