Cyclists seem to want rule of the road and the pavement. It is wrong that cyclists go through red lights when they want and then on the pavement when they want. They should also have to take a theory test should they want to be on the road – cycling is dangerous for both the cyclist and drivers because cyclists they just don't know the rules of the road which are there for everyone's safety. Cyclists should not be excluded from this and nor should shopmobility scooters.

Why is this idea important?

This will increase safety for cyclists, drivers and pedestrians and may improve the relationship between drivers and cyclists.
