Relax employment rights to allow employers to get rid of spongers, incompetent staff and immoral staff.

Why is this idea important?

Currently staff on permanent contracts have a lot of rights, some needed some not. However, staff that do no work then have a few months time off for 'work related stress', staff on fake sickies, staff that can't or won't do their job should be more easily sacked while there's still protection for staff legitimately ill.

Make getting rid of spongers compulsory when receiving public money (public sector or state funded voluntary sector) with anonymous boxes to report abuses of public money. Make tougher moral standards for people working with vulnerable people with tougher penalties for directors that knowingly let staff exploit vulnerable people
