Do away with "racially aggravated".

Why is this idea important?

A 'racially aggravated' offence is more serious than a normal offence.  So if a white person gets into a fight with another person, it's considered less important – and the penalities less severe – if that other person is white, rather than from an ethnic minority.  This is surely abhorrent – the importance and seriousness of an offence should not depend on the colour of someone's skin, but on the nature of the offence itself.  People are equal in value and should thus be equal before the law.
