Make people with luxury goods in social housing who are unemployed pay something towards their rents.

Many people are being given free luxury social housing in London – often being put to the top of the list by having friends in the councils.  A lot of these people are unemployed yet can afford plasma TV, Broadband, mobile phones and luxury cars.  Why should they get all their rent paid? They should have to make a contribution based on the assets they own.
