Make sure salaries across the nhs are fair and in line with other public sector jobs, nurses in general already get a poor deal, but GP nurses get a worse one, because their pay is set by the practice, not the PCT.

Why is this idea important?

Currently GP nurses are paid by their GP practice, and as such their pay is set by the practice, not the nhs, so they're not automatically entitled to increases and benefits that other NHS staff are, despite being nhs staff.
