I'd like to see that when someone is clearly identified driving dangerously at speeds of 100mph+ they are not let off on technicalities such as Ranulph Fiennes' name being spelt incorrectly or because a police support officer also aimed his speed gun at a skateboarder.  The rest of us (i.e. non-footballers, non-celebrities, people who don't have money to employ overpaid Mr Technicality lawyers pay our speeding fines and take the hit).

It's not just to let people off driving dangerously on grounds of names being wrong and it needs to be changed.

Why is this idea important?

It's important to me as I'd like to see justice for all rather than the ones who can't afford to dodge it.
