Make all multiple criminal sentences cosecutive, and never concurrent.

Why is this idea important?

We currently have the situation where if a criminal commits multiple crimes which are heard in the same trial then the overwhelming odds are that most, if not all, of the resulting sentences will be concurrent. This means that in effect he or she will only serve for the crime that has the longest sentence, meaning that they effectively get off scott free for the "lesser" sentences. This is patently unfair, and I suggect that a criminal should explicitly serve time for every crime they commint. No more concurrent sentences.
