How frustrating it is to be able to buy only 32 (or is it 16) aspirin tablets at any one time.  It doesn't stop people going to several shops to buy more tablets, but it takes time and inevitably costs more for the consumer.  It may have been introduced as a life saving measure, but surely anyone intent on self harm, won't be stopped through this regulation.

Why is this idea important?

It is an example of the nanny state which we can do without.
