Could i suggest that the free bus fares for pensioners' should be modified so that a nominal fare of say £1 per journey should be paid. This should not deter any but the most frivolous journeys and would probably relieve some services so that they could accommodate genuine fare-paying passengers.
Let me stress that I am a pensioner and a regular user of my bus pass
