I was threatened with arrest under the prevention of terrorism act for photographing a police car which had spun in the ice in the bad weather we had in winter in Liverpool.

Anyone should have the right to photograph the police when they are in operation.

Why is this idea important?

Civil right.  The police must not hide behind the terrorism laws to act illegally or avoid punishment,  discipline etc.

The public must be able to photograph police in action against them as an equal and fair  right as to the police taking videos of public especially  protests.
