Rapid “common-sense” revisions to law

In cases where a court has shown that "the law is an ass" – such as upholding the rights of the criminal more than the victim, or injunctions to action on pure technicalities – judges should be able to request parlaiment to debate the issue, in a short tmescale, and amend the law to inject some "common sense".

Why does this idea matter?

This would increase the public'sconfidence that our courts are actally dispencing JUSTICE rather that merely upholding the law.
