Cut the paper work of educational visits to one, simplified form.

Why is this idea important?

As a teacher I know the benefits of educational visits.  Unfortunately the amount of red tape and paper assiciated with such visits, especially residential visits is now putting teacehrs off providing such valuable learning and life experiences for children.  For the last visit I organized ( two night residential) there were four forms to completed for each child (forty children were going on the trip) and an eight page generally form to complete.  We were only travelling 30 miles down the road and no 'high rick' activities were planned.
