Repeal the anti-Trade Union legislation that allows democratic decisions taken by union members in free ballots to be over ridden in court by empoyers making use of technical breaches of the law.

Why is this idea important?

With the recession and a coalition government determined to cut public spending and reduce economic demand overall, workers will need to defend themselves.

Current legislation is a serious restraint on legitimate protest including industrial action and it is highly undemocratic in character.
