To repeal the controversial changes to the communications act in 2009 that place the responsability for web usage of users in the hands of internet service providers essentially forcing them to police the web.

Why is this idea important?

These changes were heavily lobbied by a media industry that refuses to evolve and adapt to the digital world we now live in. By repealing these pointless changes they will be forced to face reality rather than trying to lock the web down as their content delivery system.
