Repeal the law requiring motorcyclists to wear helmets

The only person who suffers in the event of an motorcycle accident, where the driver or passenger is not wearing a helmet, is that person.  The government has no business legislating to control people's behaviour, where that behaviour only affects the person in question.

I ride a bike. And even if I could, I’d always ware a helmet. being my choice.

I do see your point, and diffrent bikes having diffrent risks. also speed wise etc.

Problem is, Its not just the biker that gets it.
If the car driver kills that biker, it doesn’t matter if the car driver gets off with it, they have that to live with for the rest of there life.
