Restore the Flag of Northern Ireland

The flag of Northern Ireland, the Ulster Banner should be given its official status back as the government that was dissolved in 1972 has now been reformed and so the flag sould have official status again 

Why does this idea matter?

It entitles the people of northern Ireland to have a flag of their own for the international community to see rather than the Union Flag. As many organisations still use it to represent Northern Ireland, the Ulster Banner should be now made more official as it is a widly recognised symbol of Northern Ireland
