Review the law concerning the minimum period of employment for tribunals. People get treated badly at work but can't go to tribunal if they have been employed for less than a year, so managers or other work staff can treat people badly and get away with it! Internal grievance procedures are carried out by internal staff  and local union reps who know nothing about employment law, and are usually work colleagues of those that the complaint is made against.

Why is this idea important?

This will help to create security for people in their jobs and will lower unemployment figures as staff in this situation will often just leave their job rather than carry on being harrassed or bullied.
