Scottish / Welsh MP’s in Westminster
Should not be able to vote on issues that apply to England only
Why does this idea matter?
Situations have arisen where Scottish MP's have voted on things negatively (with Whip) yet Scottish Parliament has voted positively for themselves on the same issue
