Scrap all laws which impose or enable others to impose fixed penalties for such offences as driving in a bus lane, dropping litter, parking etc..These laws put those who enforce them in the position of being prosecutor, jury and judge in their court, contrary to natural justice.

Why is this idea important?

Britain has become enmeshed in a network of petty laws which are enforced automatically by cameras or officious jobsworths so that citizens are assumed to be guilty until they can prove themselves innocent with little or no opportunity to do that. This gives rise to feelings of oppression and unfairness and brings the law and its enforcement into disrepute.
