There's no disputing an emloyee's right to maternity leave, but presently a mother continues to accrue  paid holiday entitlement during her period of leave. This seems grossly unfair to the employer, and an affront to common sense, as there is no work input from the employee to set against the cost of the holiday pay.  

Why is this idea important?

Small businesses are struggling to meet the financial burden of biased legislation created by the last Labour Government.
