Scrap the 'Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007"  introduced by Labour.

Why is this idea important?

Through this act, the owners and directors of companies can be held liable for the actions of employees which result in a death, even if they had no direct influence over what happened.

This is wrong. The people who are responsible for such tragedies should be held to account for it, but this act places an unnecessary and unfair burden on the owners of companies.
