This monster has grown to be an instrument of institutionalised ritual abuse. Repeal the laws that set it up, fire all the staff and start again.

Why is this idea important?

Only a fool would be a teacher in the UK these days, certainly nobody who is outstanding in their field would choose a teaching job that stuck their neck into this noose.
