I believe if the licensing laws reverted back to the old opening times it would stop a lot of the drinking all day culture. If this was implemented, I feel the majority of supermarkets would suffer because they couldn't sell all day.
I would like to see pubs going back to the old opening times i.e 11a.m to 3p.m and 7p.m. to 11p.m. during the week and a little bit later at the weekend.
