Amend the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 200 to ensure that it is used solely for

counter-terrorism purposes and not by Local Councils for spying on individuals for minor

contraventions of the law.

Why is this idea important?

There has been widespread misuse of the Act by local bodies wishing to prevent various

forms of antisocial behaviour.  'Big Brother is watching You' is not an acceptable way to run

a democratic state.
