I know the fact is pct have increased their magment cost over last 4 years by 90% at least to £53,million.to year 2009/10
November 2009 few of us who works with in NHS had a meeting with the directors of swessex pct and gave few ideas how to stop wasting managment cost of pct,and then recently when I heard that new government keen to hear idea then I have sent the following ,
(1) PCT MUST NOT EMPLOY ANY STAFF THROUGH AGENCY.
(2)PCT MUST NOT ISSUE TO ANY NEW STAFF MORE THEN ONE YEAR CONTRACT RENEWABLE IF BOTH PARTIES ARE HAPPY.
(3)CUT DOWN OVERSTAFFING BY LOOKING THEIR CURRENT CONTRACT AND MAKE DECISION BASED ON THE LENGTH OF THE CONTRACT
(4)NO DIRECTOR SHOULD BE ALLOWED HAVE THEIR ASSISTANT AND PA WITH OTHER STAFF
(5)ALL DEPARTMENT MUST BE MONITORED TO MEASURE WHAT HAVE THEY PRODUCED AND IF THEY DO NOT THEN ACTION TO BE TAKEN .
