Corporate bullying should be a crime

I was recently the victim of corporate bullying because I refused to condone intentional breaches of law, which, apart from being wrong, could have put me at personal risk of prosecution and undermined my professional status.

Despite calling in the Unions to help me fight the bullies there seemed to be little that could be done legally to either prevent them from bullying me or stop them from ending my employment because I complained about it.

This is an appalling state of affairs which resulted in me losing my job and pension.

There ought to be some kind of legal action that can be taken by workers against corporate bullying.

Why is this idea important?

Reform family courts and the conduct of social workers

Social workers in "child protection" are now reviled throughout the land as "childsnatchers" TAKING CHILDREN FROM PARENTS WHO HAVE NOT BEEN ACCUSED OR CONVICTED OF ANY CRIME WHATSOEVER ! Instead of "helpers" they are known as bullies who intimidate single mothers and whose main intent is meeting "adoption targets" not keeping families together . For ths image to change vital reforms are needed…….;

1:-Abolish the family court secrecy that gags parents who wish to complain.
2:-Abolish "emotional harm" and "risk" as justifications for putting children into care
3:-Abolish "forced adoption"if a parent opposes an adoption in court
4:-Abolish decisions by family court judges to take babies and young children into care.(let juries decide)
5:-Abolish the power of social services to regulate and control contact between parents and children , to censor their conversation or to restrict phone calls. The court must control the frequency of contacts.
6:-Abolish the restriction preventing a lay advisor from presenting a case for parents refused legal aid
7:-Abolish hearsay evidence in family courts and require witnesses to stick to facts without "speculation."
8:-Abolish the removal of children for non life threatening forms of neglect such as absences from school or insanitary dwellings unless a written warning  has been served and the situation has not been remedied.

These reforms would stop most of the present injustices.

Updating the 1961 Suicide Act

The change in legislation will not disadvantage sick and disabled people who opt for care till  the end – it merely allows mentally competent people to decide when and where they wish to terminate their lives with dignity.

Same punishment at school for homophobia and racism

Why is there no punishment at schools for using 'gay' in the wrong context?

Or using the word 'Faggot'. How and why is it possible for someone of 16 or any age to get away with using 'faggot' to describe someone whereas if anyone used the word 'ni**a' they would be fined or kicked out of class or worse?

I want to know why there is not a suitable punishment for homophobia compared the punishment of racism?

There is already a lot more homophobic bullying in schools and i want to know what this new government is going to do to try and change that.

S Family law & social services need a root & branch over haul.

The government need to take a long hard look at the way social services works &  family courts work. There needs to be public scrutiny of these actions to prevent children being removed when parents are silly enough to ask for support, whilst leaving other children in dangerous homes because social workers are too scared of the parents.

criminalising children

There have been some reported cases of young children who may have made what someone regarded as a racist remark, being prosecuted.  In other words 'playground banter'.

On the assumption that most people have a sense of the ridiculous, why should the authorities take these matters seriously.

It seems that in the racism industry, if an individual feels that they are the subject of a racist comment, then the law will accept that at face value and is likely to prosecute.

Carer’s Allowance

It is very questionable that Carer's Allowance is withdrawn from carers when they receive their pension.

To then claim the right to prosecute these people if they fail to inform the department of any change to their life that would affect the money that they do not receive, were they were receiving it, is a total injustice and would have been a step too far for Big Brother.

Weed out sociopathic management in the public sector – at least.

This is an important aspect to the employment scene in the public sector as it channels employees that fit very tightly within a clique and excludes others, creating more of a Mafia than a workgroup. Tales abound of people driven to nervous breakdown by certain sectors of the public sector. It seems teams across different employment and geographic areas are practiced in this approach with no outside intervention even being contemplated. That seems questionable.

I suggest tying employee dismissal records to job centre records to establish trends in mental health and basing subsequent enquiries on any hot spots revealed by that process.

People on benefits earning their money (menial work for the govt)

I think people who are recieving benefits should at least be used by the government/local town. Get them to sweep the streets, clean government offices, paint the roads.

These are work that anyone can do but the government currently has to pay for someone to do it. If we get people who recieve benefits to do these menial jobs in exchange of them recieving benefits, government saves money and at the same time benefit scroungers will be put off by being forced to do menial jobs.

Stop and outlaw all forms of Electronic Harrassment

Make illegal all forms of electronic harrassment , ' gang stalking' and any activity targeting individuals by state organisations or other organisations. Dr Nick Begich has done some good research in this area along with other organisations.

Repeal Drugs Prohibition

The UK has long participated in the "Global War On Drugs". In spite of this, all research and anecdotal evidence suggests that the use of currently illegal drugs is increasing.

Arguements are made pertaining to the health and societal aspects of drug use being detrimental to the country. This is almost always overstated and often detracts from rational discussion on the subject.

What is proposed?

  • The prohibition of all drugs currently illegal to posses or use should end.
  • Those who wish to purchase previously illegal drugs should be able to obtain them from licenced and reputable vendors such as chemists.
  • Registration could be implemented in order to allow analysis of purchasing patterns to identify those who are potentially at risk from any proven health concerns.
  • VAT to be applied to these sales earning the government much needed revenue.
  • Quality control to be ensured by those licenced to manufacture and supply.
