Make Equality and Human-Rights Legislation fair for ALL…

It is time that the 'Equality' Laws were adjusted to include the Male of the species to a greater extent – rather than making it's Legislation almost completely FEMALE-centric. Perhaps the 'Equality' Dept.should be run by both Male AND Female MP's.

In any case, it certainly does need a re-think if this Government wants its citizens to be FAIRLY treated. At the moment they are not.

The same goes for the 'Human-Rights' Legislation:

It's also time that this Government  – as promised – re-negotiated our HR Laws with the EU so that Criminals and undesirables are not 'defended' to such a ridiculous degree, whereby the citizens of the UK are actually put at risk.

We are sick of hearing that offenders and potentially dangerous people must be 'protected' rather more than the citizens of this Country.

Why is this idea important?

Removing exceptions to Equalitie Law

Remove all exceptions to equlities laws (such as the exception to the Church to not comply with some parts of Sexual orientation law). People are people and everyone should be treated with respect and dignity by everyone else, with no exceptions!

Equality for all regardless of Religous Denomination

I would like to be as equal as you. I would like my son to be an equal to you.

But we are not, we by religous denomination are not extended the same rights and freedoms as you and yours. To be Catholic in your 21st Century modern society where equality issues are dominant in your social policies, is to be invisible. The great undiscussed. The only religion where the law of the land itself discriminates against you rather than society itself .It is easily solved. Repeal the Act of Settlement and do it willingly under the grounds that we are all equal and that my son should have the right to stand shoulder to shoulder with yours on the steps of Downing Street.

End legal privilege of religious over non-religious views

Laws and regulations which give special privelege and protection to religious beliefs should be amended, such as Article 13 of the Treaty of Amsterdam and 2003 Employment Equality regulations.

The argument is not that discrimination against religious views should be lawful, but privilege given to  religious views over others, is wrong.

Free Speech Against Feminism

Why do I ask for this?

Because challenging the flawed dogma of feminism is BARRED on national television.

Feminism is one of the most IDIOTIC doctrines to date. And the only reason it has survived until now is because challenging it on our national television channels like the BBC is censored.

Let's see a BBC or Channel 4 programme debating the issue of feminism. Let's see sociologist/authors Warren Farrell, Rich Zubaty, Stephen Baskerville, to name just a few, in a studio discussion with celebrity feminists and see who talks sense and who talks the usual excruciating drivel.

But moreover, feminism is biggest single cause of Britain's insufferable authoritarianism:

1. Feminists want the presumption of innocence ditched for men accused of rape.

2. The scrapping of the double jeopardy rule for murder was later extended to cover areas of interest to feminists (such as sex crime).

3. The police are now involved in domestic scenarios. Why? Because feminist propaganda has created the false belief that men are the sole perpetrators in domestic violence cases. However, studies are now showing that women are as violent, with some of these even suggesting they are MORE violent than men in the home. Yet the police and government social services departments take no interest violent wives/mothers. Feminism.

4. There are significant numbers of female paedophiles molesting boys, yet we only ever hear (in the media) about men. This is feminism dominating the media.

5. Men and women have enormous differences in their intelligence patterns. This accounts for why all the great innovators and inventors thoughout history, all the scientists, artists, philosophers, and poets, have been MEN. (The achievements of women in these endeavours shrink to nothing next to men's.) Yet the media is concerned with getting more GIRLS into universities instead of boys. This is feminism — this time stifling the advancement of boys in favour of their own favoured group of people: women. Authoritarianism. Boys are suffering.

This debate is a BIG one. I have only scratched the surface. There is now a massive anti-feminist movement — the Men's Movement — that is worldwide. But you would never know it watching the British news or reading a British newspaper.

Isn't that shameful?

Repeal the Law for Aggravated Offences

The idea that crimes motivated by racial or religious hatred should attract a differential sentencing premium of 40% to 70% should be scrapped.  Justice should be blind.  It is no business of the State to punish 'thought crimes' which is what these laws try to do.

If I murdered a Jew because I hated Jews (I don't actually), why should I be punished more severely than if I murdered a prostitute because I hate prostitutes (which, I hasten to add, I don't).

The State is creating favoured Client groups who will use there 'protected status' to obtain advatanges over unprotected groups.

Britain must become again a Free and Fair country.  Ban these divisive laws that seek to punish 'thought crimes'.

No Sharia Law in Britain

There nshould be one law for all not a seperate law system for a religious group.

Sharia law does not belong in Britain which is a secular democratic state.

We do not have a seperate law system for any other religious group so why should the muslims be allowed sharia law which contravenes our laws such as:

contravenes the sex discrimination act

comtravenes the human rights act

conmtravenes anti discrimination laws regarding sexuality.

No more sharia laws in Britian restore womens human rights

equal rights for women – title

I would like to amend the title given to women.  A woman is either known, by Miss, Mrs or Ms, whereas a man is just known as Mr.  I believe the title is unnecessarily providing information to the public about a woman.  It is not clear from the man's title, whether he is married or not, so why should it be clear from the woman's title?

People should not be prosecuted for expressing anti-homosexual views

I am very strongly in favour of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgenger rights and I am strongly opposed to anyone who expresses any anti-homosexual views. However I do believe the present laws outlawing such speech are an attack on freedom of expression. Of course the incitement to violence through hate speech should absolutely remain banned. Free speech is guaranteed under Article 19 of the UN Declaration on Human Rights:

Article 19.

  • Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

Remove MPs exemptions from regulations

Repeal all laws and regulations which entitle MPs to exemption from laws which they have imposed on the rest of the population.

Exemptions and privileges affect many areas and were, of course, at the heart of and well illustrated by, the recent expenses scandal.

Equal Rights for Fathers

In the event of separation/divorce, joint residency should be the norm rather than the exception. Under current rules, it is absurd that a father may have to still pay child maintenance to the mother even if the children have more overnight stays with him because historically the mother has been the one in receipt of child allowance (the Child Support Agency use this to determine who the resident parent is and therefore who pays (or not) child maintenance).

Reform of Family Law

A family legal system which fails to acknowledge fathers as having equal status with mothers fails to protect the best interests of children.

We need to "degender" the issue. There should be no presumption that one parent is better than the other. Sometimes the mother will be best, sometimes the father, hopefully both will be able to play an equal and meaningful roll.

We need to remove the notion that simply because one parent has been the child's prime carer that that parent is necessarily more able or more important than the other. The fact that that prime carer frequently prevents the other parent from having contacvt with the child or makes it as difficult as possible needs to be recognised and acknowledged. In such situations the courts allowing this situation to continue is often not acting in the child's best interest at all.

Legal costs are astronomical and this prevents many very willing fathers who wish to be involved with their children from having teh relationship which not only they but the child would like to enjoy.

Tens of thousands of pounds are spent by fathers (predominently) who do not have this kind of money because that is the level of importance they place on their children.

You can't give anybody their childhood back, you can't give them back the time they have lost with their father growing up. We need to wake up and act NOW. Little wonder people resort to dressing up in super heroe costumes. I don't think that this neccesarily serves the cause well but my word, what else does one  do when nobody ever listens? This is an issue affecting thousands of very loving and capable fathers. PLEASE listen, please address these issues meaningfully.

The Equality Bill

Ok so this is a big subject, but this badly written piece of legislation introduced in the last Parliament needs to be repealed. It does nothing to help anyone – causes confusion and has caused sexual orientation to be treated as more important than religious liberty.
