Everyone should abide by the same laws

Whilst i am fully supportive of scrapping useless laws set up by our equally useless labour government I feel it must be done with equality in mind so please scrap any law and / or loophole that allows certain inderviduals to effectively be above the law. Why cant we prosecute foreign diplomats that brake the law in OUR country? Why were there not more prosecutions against the MPs who stole money from me and every other tax payer? If the iraq invasion was illegal (and im not saying it was, I dont want to be the next David Kelly im just saying if) why is Tony Blair not in jail over war crimes and has his interest in oil at the time been investigated or is he above the law? Finally when northern rock was illegally nationalised Gordon Brown stole my shares can I have my money back please? These are only a few examples but you get my point no one should ever be above the law

Repeal the European Communities Act 1972

The EU is wasteful, corrupt ,pointless and profoundly undemocratic.  We have ceded our sovereignty to an unelected bureaucracy in which officials are  responsible only to their departmental chiefs. Thus the british government is now effectively subservient to Brussels .  This situation is in complete opposition to our culture , history , traditions and system of law.  Furthermore, our membership of the EU absurdly expensive  at some £55 billion a year especially in the current economic climate and in the total absence of any analysis of cost – effectiveness.

WE MUST REPEAL THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES ACT 1975 AND REGAIN OUR POLITICAL,

ECONOMIC AND CULTURAL FREEDOM AS A MATTER OF EXTREME URGENCY.

Repeal the 1972 European Communities Act

Passing this Act was illegal against our 1,000 year old Constitution and it is helping, along with the other Treaties that have since been signed to destroy our culture, traditions and way of life.

Our historic Constitution is made up of many parts including the Act of Supremacy in 1559.  This Act contained an Oath, part of which said: "No Foreign Prince, Person, State of Potentate, Hath or ought to have any Power, Jurisdiction, Superiority, Supremacy, or Authority Ecclesiastical or Spiritual in this Realm".

Included also within our Constitution is The Bill of Rights 1689, which states "Now it is a convention that no parliament can bind another.   So how could this Parliament bind successive parliaments for ever?  The answer is simple.  This Parliament was made up of the people's representatives.  The will of the people is supreme over both Parliament and the Sovereign.  Until such time as the representatives of the people meet to change the 1689 Bill of Rights, this Bill remains law".  Therefore as the Government is suggesting that we need a new Bill of Rights, this is unlawful against our Constitution as stated above, unless and until the people are consulted through their representatives and I do not mean our MPs!

EU payments

The repeal of all acts requiring the UK to make payments or contributions to the European Union. This should only be replaced with an act to make financial contributions after the government has received a mandate as a result of a National Referendum. All taxpayers should have the option of refusing any of their tax monies goes to the European Union.

Freedom of movement

We should be allowed to go across borders without being subjected to immigration control within the EU. Many countries in Europe have signed up to this and can move around freely. I believe we should have the same rights, as we already pay for membership, so we should get this benefit. It is especially needed for those people who spend their time traveling back and forth.

Repeal the Treaties of Mastricht, Amsterdam, Nice and Lisbon

Give us back governance of our own country.

Remain a TRADING partner with the Eu

Give us back the right to expel undesirables, illegals and people who campaign with impunity against our society.

Give us back the right to determine our own immigration, taxation, defence and social policies.

Tear up the Human Rights act and rely on good old fashioned common sense. Start extraditing murderers and terrorists back to their own countgries to stand trial for their crimes.

Support the third world effectively

Let's open our borders to the products of the third world, lift the impossible restrictions on trade and let them grow as we did in the nineteenth century – by trade.

Restore independence and freedom.

As the title says – give us back our independence and freedom. Stop spying on us with CCTV, form-filling etc. Repealing the European Community Act 1972 would go a long way towards it!

Time was that we could do what we liked as long as it wasn't against the law; now, increasingly, we can only do what we are told we can do.

Restore licenced gun holding – we've seen over and over that banning guns doesn't ban either crime or the possibility of people running amok. The Swiss have got it right, their citizens have compulsory militia service then are subsequently required to maintain a gun at home, safely, and attend regular traing/practise update sessions.

Repeal the one-sided extradition treaty with the USA

The extradition treaty (2004) with the USA is one-sided and grossly unfair.

It allows the US to extradite UK citizens for offences against US law even though the offence was committed in the UK, by a person living and working in the here ( e.g. the Natwest Three,Gary McKinnon), while there is no reciprocal right to extradite US citizens.
There is also a problem with the level of prima facie evidence (proof) being less to extradite UK citizens to the US than vice-versa.

The current legislation is indefensible and should be repealed immediately.

National referendum on staying in the EU to be legally binding on the government

The government should hold a national referendum on our EU membership and the result should be legally binding on the government.
This country joined the EU on the understanding that it meant an end to trade restrictions and would allow free movement in the member countries.
That has now changed and Brussels dictates 75% of our laws and is becoming an undemocratic super state.

The UK public should be asked once and for all.

1.If they wish to leave the EU altogether.
2.Keep things as they are.
3.Remain a trading partner but opt out of everything else like Norway & Switzerland.

The majority decision should be binding on the government. There is no legal reason why we can't leave or become an associated trading partner.

Repeal the European Communities Act 1972

Membership of the EU costs this country an estimated £120bn a year in red tape. We now pay over £6bn a year to be a member of the EU and we are no exposed to the Euro debt crisis thanks to the last Government.

By leaving the EU we could take back control of our Parliament and the freedom to repeal costly laws e.g. EU Landfill tax.

As the EU accounts for 75%+ of our new regulations and directives, I fail to understand how this Government will be able to repeal that many laws. The great deception is that most of these diktats originate from Brussels. Why not give democracy and chance and put it to a referendum?

Repeal the 1972 European Communities Act

This nation has never officially sanctioned the political supremacy of the EU, which has resulted in thousands of statutory instruments imposing unsolicited and intrusive Directives and Regulations.

I wish to enjoy the protection of the Common Law, not be subject to Corpus Juris and a limited list of "rights" which may be removed if it is in the interests of "the Union" to do so.

REPEAL THIS HENOUS ACT OF PARLIAMENT THAT SUBJEGATED BRITISH SOVEREIGNTY AND THE BRITISH PEOPLE TO A FORIEGN POWER IN BRUSSLLS.

THE TREAT OF ACCESSION IS THE CENTRAL PLANK OF EU CONTROL IN BRITAIN, REPEAL THIS AND THE OTHER EU TREATIES, LISBON, MAASTRICHT, AMSTERDAM AND OTHERS HAVE NO BASISIN UK LAW, AND ARE THEREFORE SCRAPPED ALONG WITH EU MEMBERSHIP.

THE EUROPEAN UNION IS A FEDERAL SUPER-STATE AND THAT IS NOT WHAT WAS PROPOSED OR VOTED FOR BY THE BRITISH PEOPLE.  THE ACCESSION TO THE EU BY GREAT BRITAIN WAS PERPETRATED ON A LIE AND THEREFORE HAS NO LEGITEMACY IN LAW OR ANY MORAL FOUNDATION.

Let Fiance Immigrants Work

I would like applicants that come from outside the EU in order to marry a UK citizen to be able to work as soon as they arrive in the country. By denying them both benefits AND the right to work, you act to ensure that only relatively wealthy people can afford to come here, and you also ensure that people with savings are forced to use those savings to support living costs!

My now-husband would have been very happy to have worked as a cleaner or similar in the first three months in order to contribute towards the household expenses. As it was, he ended up having to rely on me to provide for everything, which does not foster a sense of equality and partnership in the marriage.

Deport convicted criminals automatically

Immigrants / Asylum seekers / non UK nationals when convicted of a serious crime or as serial offender of lesser crimes should be deported along with their dependant families as undesirables.  They should all be fingerprinted / retinas scanned to ensure they do not re-enter the country.

Two-Tier Marriage Law

I want to see the law – or Home Office regulation – scrapped that says a marriage between a UK citizen and a foreigner becomes invalid after two years.  When you've already filled in a lot of paperwork, twice, and paid vast sums of money for precious little service, it is offensive to be made to do it again.

Deport all Illegal Immigrants with out a trial as it cost too much for the Taxpayer.

Stop illegal immigrants from having a trial and deport them. This would save the Taxpayer a fortune in red tape and Lawyers fees.

The Acts and treaties state that immigrants become the responsibillity of the first friendly that they come to. If this was upheld by the powers that be then Britain would never have an illegal immigrant problem as the EU would be responsible for them.

It would also free up some NHS and Local council services and budgets.
