Stop All Immigration from Any Source Country Until 2020

All immigration should be stopped without exception until 2020 this will give an opportunity for a rethink of the culture of ignorance surrounding how the indigenous population is being treated.

There are no vacancies for many unskilled and lower skilled indigenous people we do not need immigration as this country had adequate people to train for any job now or in the future. We do not need immigrants to fill any vacancies all indigenous people should have the right to enjoy there homeland without interference from foreign cultures and the loss of opportunity to homes, Jobs and education that has been occuring since the 1950's. The European Union has not benefitted us the indigenous population and allowing poor third world countries has brought about unlimited numbers of unskilled workers bidding for jobs for less than an indigenous worker is able to work for, this applies across the board. This form of racsism is called Ethnocide and is against the geneva convention.

Capatalists have been allowed to move manufacturing industries abroad they should be accountable for the cost of unemployment and pay heavy compensation before moving jobs abroad. Finding cheap labour in third world countries means that we can not compete in the jobs market or politicians are planning to turn us into a third world economy with a poverty ravaged underclass created by the import of cheap foreign labour.

Why is this idea important?

YOU MUST SEEK ASYLUM IN THE FIRST SAFE COUNTRY YOU COME TO

You must seek asylum in the first safe country you come to.

Lets implement this law.

It is a European law that was set up to prevent the problems that this fine country has had with imagration.

Think about how much money this country would save if we implemented this law.

The law was set up to stop the camps in calais where illegal immagrints gather to run through into our country.

Why?

Because the last time i checked France was a safe country.

Infact to get to the UK through Europe these people have to travel thousands of miles through europe to soft touch britain as we are affectionatly known throughout the world.

The french dont have a massive problem with immagration, neither do the germans the dutch, the reason being soft touch britain will look after these people better than any other country in europe.

I am all for genuine illegal immigrints who are fleeing pursecusion to be allowed to stay in the UK. As long as we are the first safe country they come to.

So what i am proposing is simple. STICK TO THE LAW. If you traveled here through Europe then you are more interested in getting to Britain than fleeing pursecusion as the french DO NOT pursecute anyone.

So if they come through our airports and they can prove this let them stay if they are genuine. If not dont.

This will save this country an absolute fortune and give some extra money to the good people of this country who pay their taxes all their lives and get treated like second class citizens behind ungenuine asylum seekers who only want Britain not just to stay alive.

Balance Human Rights Act with British Citizen’s Obligations Act

In a democracy, with Rights go Responsibilities and Obligations. The Human Rights Act  has unbalanced British Law to the detriment of  the law-abiding majority, fairness in society and good governance.  A  new law to establish the minimum obligations attaching to both entry to and citizenship of the UK which the courts would consider as a prerequisite to Human Rights considerations should be enacted.

Restrict Immigration to UK Born Citizens !

I have seem immigrants from all over the world coming into the UK to find work and to impove their standard of living. Others however only come to the UK to fullfill the two year limit before becoming a citizen at which time they then claim from the state.

Immigration should be simple,

1)  If you are born within the UK and are aged 21 years old or above you should be allowed to sponsor someone coming to the UK  for the following:

  • Distant family member

—————————————————————————————————————————–

2)  The following should be an automatic citizenship

  • Marrage, Financee
  • Expecting a child or already have a child
  • immediate family member

—————————————————————————————————————————–

3) It also benefits the country to have skilled workers from around the globe so the following should also be true

  • Qualified skilled workers (must pass UK standards)
  • Students (most be able to prove living funds and shouldn't be allowed to work)

—————————————————————————————————————————–

However if you are an immigrant yourself then you should not be allowed to sponsor ANYONE!

Reduce the age limit to 18 years to invite spouse

I think the age limit for inviting your spouse should not be 21 it should be reduced back to 18 years of age. If you can get married without your parents permission at the age of 18 no one should stop you from inviting your spouse just because he/she is not a british citizen. Getting married at the age of 18 and inviting your spouse at the age of 21 is a 3 year wait no one should have to wait that long and cut  their spouse out for the first 3 years of their marriage which are meant to be the most special all just because of the law. Thier are people in the world who are happy with thier marriage its just a few that are let downs and because of them others are being punished. The parents are the ones who force thier children thier should be something done against them. This way others wouldn't be suffering people who are happy with thier marriage. I think increasing the age limit to 21 years isn't a good choice for reducing force marriage, the parents arent't going to change if they are going to force thier children they will whether thier age 21 or 29.

Repeal all immigration laws

Freedom of movement is a crucial liberty. The current immigration regime shackles people to their place of birth. If we are ever to be free as a people, we must be free to move to wherever we may please. By simply moving from one place to another, we hurt no-one. So to restrict this behaviour is immoral, and done out of sheer selfishness and prejudice.

I therefore propose abolishing all laws that restrict the movement of people from one side of a national border to another, and all laws that require everyone on British soil to have been approved by the state by way of visa or citizenship.

restrict work permits

-make it difficult for businesses to optain work permits

-allow for banding quota on work permits based on skills shortage

-force employers to recruit locally:  reducing unemployment rates and increasing uptake of fresh UK graduates

-make credit checks and screening of applicants mandatory across all employers reducing employer risk

-restrict employers from outsourcing outside of the country due to cheap labor as this is counterproductive to the british economy and allows for unemployment

– regulate eu workers similar to the work permit banding

-provide a clear way of measuring skills shortage and employers need for foreign recruitment

-make payroll and taxation structure more transparent

-introduce more ways to monitor of foreign workers

-introduce restrictions of foreign worker bonuses

Work permit vs free for all immigration

Perhaps its about time that the UK has a good look at the way immigration is control in countries like America. Irrespective of your country of origin, your reason for entering the UK (when not coming for a recreational visit or education) should only be to work. If you are entering the UK you should have a job waiting for you to fill, a sponsor to vouch for you, and have paid a fee for a work permit. Cutting our ties with europe to ensure we tighten up on the reasons for employing migrant workers and would stop companies under valuing the UK work force and hopefully push the government to start investing in the areas that are at greatest demand from the migrant workers. All too often we are seen as an easy target for the euro zone when it come to finding jobs but surely we should start with getting the british public back into work before we offer jobs to those from outside the uk. A green card style work visa would also ensure that the level and quality of those who do enter the UK to work is of the highest calibre.

No job – no reason to be in the UK.

Work permits

Whilst there have been calls from big business to allow immigration and the granting of work permits in the past it appears that the granting of work permits have been due to hiring lower cost workers rather than more productive ones.

Experience in the IT industry indicates that those who have gained work permits have often done so under false pretences, especially with regards to bogus qualifications which appear to be available for a small fee in some parts of the world.

Therefore I find it to be a gross injustice that foreign workers can keep EU nationals out of a job when unemployment is high and our education has been paid for by the taxpayer.

My solution to the tens of thousands of economic migrants would be to publish the qualifications required for their posts, i.e. the qualifications they hold which no EU applicant was able to match under the terms of their wp, such that jobseekers can better themselves to 'shoot' for the position which is covered by the work permit.

This would clearly give a huge incentive to jobseekers. They would be able to see a clear advantage to gaining certain skills in order to fill posts currently held by wp holders.  It would also prevent businesses from retaining wp staff, and is sadly often the case replacing domestic staff with wp applicants, purely due to their lower wage demands.

protecting our tolerant liberal democracy

We currently live in a tolerant, liberal western democracy and we need to enshrine the ethos of our State in law in order to protect it from alien/foreign illiberal and intolerant influences. In order to maintain liberties you have to protect them from interference once they are given.

The State should be separate from any religion. Secular Human Rights should always 'trump' religious freedoms, 'non-believers' of religions should be protected from interference from religion. In return adherents of religions must be protected by the State from persecution.

Rights come with responsibilities to our tolerant, liberal western democracy. A social contract should be created where no individual or section of society can take assistance from the State without giving to the State, allegiance is to the British Nation and continuing it's freedoms. English should be the only language used, in print and spoken communication, by the state and all it's local and national authorities. Hiding ones face in public must be a crime. Refusal to engage in the Social Contract results in removal of voting rights and if applicable a reexamination of whether residence/citizenship is still legitimate. The aim is to stop sections of society from alienating themselves within the mainstream of society and living in cultural ghettos.

End the fast track for importing specialists

Big businesses are importing thousands of specialists, particularly in IT and other technical areas, on the spurious claim that they cannot recruit suitable people here. This is not true, there are plenty of well qualified local candidates available. The real reason is that they are cheaper. And how many times have we seen news recently of foreign workers, often doctors, whose qualifications are false?

NHS….ENGLISH V BRITISH

i think the nhs is one of the best things in the country,i,like many others, have paid my nhs contributions all my life. i think that if you have lived here all your life and payed your nhs contributions then the nhs should be free as it is now but if you have moved to this country then you should have to pay a percentage depending on how many years you have lived here etc, i think it should be the same for English people who have moved abroad,.they should pay a percentage depending on how many years they have been living abroad.we cant keep letting people take from the nhs and not give anything back, it would only be a matter of time before we all have to pay for any treatment we receive.

National Service and Immigration

If a person wishes to come into the UK and become resident they shoud have to do 2 years National Service before being given right to remain.  They will then have shown a commitment to this country and would have earned their right to stay.  The same rule should apply to assylum seekers.

Stop Inter-company Transfers and Work Permits allowing Non-EU Workers to Work in the UK

Inter-company transfers allow UK based companies to bring in individuals or entire teams from non-EU  countries.  Work permits also allow non-EU individuals to work in the UK. The legislation is supposed to allow jobs to be filled where there is no UK resource to fill it.  In reality it allows no-EU workers to undercut the skilled UK based workforce.

Companies wishing to fill a role with a Non-EU worker don't even have to advertise the job in the UK if it's on the DFEE Skills Shortage list!  Even if they do have to advertise in the UK the remuneration is always far below the market rate for UK based workers. If we lack doctors, nurses, welders, social workers then surely undercutting the market with cheap non-EU workers simply drives down the one of the  factors that pulls UK people into these professions  in the first place!  What's the point of studying IT when you have to compete with non-EU workers charging $9 per hour who stay in a B&B and cycle to work.

Spouse Citizenship

Remove the regulation where a non-EU spouse of a British Citizen, who can proove that they have been legally married for over 5 years AND can prove that they have been living together in Britain for over 5 years; still has to take a British Citizen test (that most British would fail) in order to receive UK Permanent Residency or British Citizenship.
