Adopt Dutch Model for Crime Reporting

Part of the problem of crime in the UK is the perception of it. People believe it is at a worse level than in reality.

This is because the press thrive on crime. They sell papers from it.

The result is that people, particularly women, get unduly scared when going out.

This is not good for the social cohesion in our country.

So I propose we adopt the Dutch model for crime reporting to help quell these false perceptions of crime.

In Holland, when a crime is committed, names of suspects cannot be mentioned. And after conviction, only their initials can be reported.

A few things to ponder

1. Stop migrants and asylum seekers entering the country until it’s in a better state financially.
2. Stop outsourcing work from within the public sector to the private sector. The companies that are handed the work are not trained, do not know what they’re doing and often ends up with the same thing being done twice.
3. Increase the salary of the public sector (non-managerial posts) employees in line with those within the private sector doing the same job. Public sector AO earns 15000 approx whereas the average salary for the same job within the private sector is approx 18000.
4. Put a stop to bumper bonuses for high paid bankers – those same bankers responsible for destroying the economy of the country.
5. Collect the £100+ million owed from tax evasion/avoidance and jail those who fail to pay (take not Mr H Redknapp).
6. Castrate all convicted paedophiles when there is no doubt to the crime committed. Simple really, to prevent the urge remove the source of it.
7. On a more serious note, prevent Katie ‘Whoredon’ Price from appearing on a television.
8. Name, shame and maim rapists – see action re paedophiles.
9. Limit each average household to 2 cars.
10. I don’t divulge myself but enough people do… Legalise marijuana and tax it. People smoke it anyway so there may as well be a bonus from it.
11. Legalise prostitution. Protect the vulnerable who are forced into it, health checks on a weekly basis and make it harder for the underage to become involved.
12. Murder – life means life. Consider re-introducing the death penalty for serial and child killers.
13. Scrap the human rights bill – it only serves to protect those who don’t deserve it.
There may be more… I’ll be back

Repeal the age of consent for sex

I propose we repeal the sexual age of consent, replacing it with existing rape laws and a new system of 'relationship assessment', whereby all sex involving persons aged 13-18 will be illegal if deemed coercive or harmful by a court.

Repeal the Obscene Publications Act of 1959 and 1964

The Obscene Publications Acts prohibit the production of material likely to "deprave and corrupt" those likely to view it. This is applied to all films being processed by the BBFC, especially pornography.

I would also like to see Section 63 of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 repealed as it prohibits  'extreme pornography' such as BDSM, bestiality and simulated rape – all of which can be produced with the consent of the participants.

That the Government restore freedom and liberty by extended the right to anonymity to those accused of rape or sexual assault, as it is to those making the allegation

Rape or other sexual assault against a woman, man or young person is something which rightly, society finds abhorrent. However, we continually see cases where the accused is found not guilty, or the case is dropped before any trial, because it has been established that the complainant had made up the allegation. Because of the way such offences are viewed our society, people wrongly or falsely accused lose their employment, home, family and the stigma of having been accused often makes it impossible for them to regain their normal life.

STOP TEACHING CHILDREN ABOUT SEX

No wonder we have the highest average of under age sex when my 14 year old nephew comes in from school and tells me he cant wait to have a go, and half the school is pregnant, the education system is ramming sex down there theoats, buzz bus outside where the ice cream van should be giving out free condoms…. what a world.

make a false accusation of rape a punishable offence, name the accusors in public

Some women are serial rape accuser.

The men who falsely accused of rape are named in media, their career destroyed, personal life is shattered, their life is never the same.

However, the women, who through around false accusation enjoy anonymity and have no responsibility for destroying those poor men’s life. This doesn't make any sense.

My idea is to make the false accusation of rape a punishable offence and/or make those women to pay financial compensation to male victims, and/or name them in public and/or make it a crime and put them in jail – and/or all these together or in any combination. The details need to look at by pros, but something must be done.

Anonymity for those accused of rape or sexual assault until found guilty

Anyone, men and women alike, who are accused of rape or sexual assault should have the same right to anonymity as those who have been raped. If they are found guilty then their names should be released to the media.
