I qoute from the act.

Terrorism Act 2000 Part 6

54 Weapons training

(1) A person commits an offence if he provides instruction or training in the making or use of—

(a) firearms,

(b) explosives, or

(c) chemical, biological or nuclear weapons.

(2) A person commits an offence if he receives instruction or training in the making or use of—

(a) firearms,

(b) explosives, or

(c) chemical, biological or nuclear weapons.

Why is this idea important?

This section of the act makes criminals of all who have watched or been invited to watch movies or news broadcasts in which guns or explosives are used. The innocent know the position of safety catches on guns, how bombs can be made from household ingredients, how under-the-sink liquids can blind, etcetera. Such is the climate surrounding these matters that I fear my comments here are unwarranted.
