Trade Union Legislation
Repeal the following anti-union legislation:
1980 Employment Act
1982 Employment Act
1984 Trade Union Act
1988 Employment Act
1989 Employment Act
1990 Employment Act
1993 Employment Act
also the British constitution needs overhauling and Scotland its independence so repeal the Act of Union 1707
Why does this idea matter?
The British Government has too long discriminated against trade unions as they stand up for workers rights, better pay and conditions, health and safety, better education and training. It is the right of all workers to join a union.
Long live the Tolpuddle Martyrs, true heroes of the working class.
