Crowdsourcing changes to UK law
Please could traffic lights be switched off after 10pm and after 8pm on quiet roads. Clearly not city centres etc and where there is a continuos volume of traffic.
People would then make a normal rational driving judgement on an uncrowded junction and would do 3 things:
Save on electricity
make drivers more cautious as they would have make a real driving judgement.
save fuel and reduce the carbon emissions
This is a money saving idea and is a green idea:
