As a small business owner who has many rolls to carry out through any working day the number 1 nusiance over the last year or two are these type of calls. The product or services are never of any interest and assuming you can understand the caller, they seem unable to take no for an answer.This has had the effect of turning me & my staff into ignorant phone users.
E mails do not distract you from your job, but despite upto date spam filters an unacceptable level of rubbish seems to make its way into my inbox !
