Repeal the law of the use of Black visors for Crash helmets

Why is this idea important?

It is daft law as there is nothing to stop you wearing dark sunglasses but these are impossible to remove while riding whereas a visor can be simply flipped up. I cannot quote the exact report but a report was done into the safety aspects of the use of Black visors and the conclusion was there were no reasons for them to be banned, as, if anything, they were safer for riding in bright conditions but the government chose to ignore the facts (if some one could let me know what this report was I would appreciate it, it was featured in MCN quite a few years ago) It is also a much ignored law by both riders and police alike.

Anyone found riding at night with a black visor should be rightly punished, as should very dark tinted windows on cars.
