Scrap metal collectors/dealers to be regulated
Suggested by pancakes and tagged scrap metal. Comment.
The big idea
As the costs of metals increase, people are stealing metal from comemrcial residential and public areas, there are vans going round taking what ever they fined(legal and illegal). all scrap collectors and people who weigh scrap in should be registered and audited. a tax should be charged to anyone weighing in scrap metal.
Why does this matter?
To stop criminal damage, theft and tax avoidance.
