Restore the Power of the Common Law

Suggested by and tagged , . 1 Comment.

The big idea

Common Law says simply that We are Free to do as we are pleased as long as we don't infringe on anyone leses right to life, liberty or property

Common Law also says that No Freeman is only responsible to the Court of his own 12 Peers

NO Freeman shall be taken or imprisoned, or be disseised of his Freehold, or Liberties, or free Customs, or be outlawed, or exiled, or any other wise destroyed; nor will We not pass upon him, nor [X5 condemn him,] but by lawful judgment of his Peers, or by the Law of the Land. We will sell to no man, we will not deny or defer to any man either Justice or Right. – Source Magna Carta 1215

Statutes can not replace  Common Law, its unlawful Its now more than clear that thye most of the Sattutes are unlawful and that are only a legislative rule of the Society, not the Law itself

Why does this matter?

Statutes are limiting and restricting Common Law which is simply enough law for all we need.

Power and Freedom to Free  Man and Woman.  Slavery has been abolished in 1807 so we have no choice to act as FreeMan

One Response to Restore the Power of the Common Law

  1. Tony Butler says:

All 1130 quangos and their 700,000 officers would be out of work saving us £64 billion a year.
To restore Common Law we need to insist on our right to trial by jury. It is the jury system that protects us from the tyranny of Government.
Juries have the power to override legislation and order acquittal if they feel the defendant acted reasonably in the given circumstances, or if they consider the law to be unfair,
That’s why our politicians and judiciary hate it, Common Law and trial by jury abolish on the spot fines and the thousands of petty laws and regulations.
We need a Restore Common Law political party, it would I believe sweep away, labour, Liberal and the Conservatives.
