Why is it important?
Restoring freedom of speech will allow citizens to rightly express their views and enable communication effectively, and assist deter and fight and reduce crime. people will no longer be afraid to report suspicious behaviour, or criminal activity, if they do not have to be wary of saying the "wrong" thing.
