The idea
Everytime anyone, MP, lobby group, vested interest, whoever, suggests that a law be passed to ban something there should be a requirement that they have to find a law which currently bans something that can be rescinded in its place.
That way the number of things that are banned cannot rise.
Why is it important?
There are too many rules banning too many things. We should limit them and allow people some freedom.
