The idea
If I legitimately buy a music CD, then I should be able to make a backup and to transfer that music to my MP3 player or phone. Under our current laws, both are illegal – and that's just ridiculous!
Why is it important?
Our current laws are blatantly unfair and unreasonable. When you buy a song (or a film), you should be able to listen to it (or watch it) on whatever device you choose. It's time to drag this country into the 21st century!
