The idea
I would like to see the law, which allows private for profit organisations to be used for law enforcement, such as on street parking enforcement.
There is no place for these companies in our society, the removal of sections of law enforcement from Police control.
This change in the law has allowed local authorities to boost their coffers by over regulation and over enforcement, as well as boosting the profits of private companies and individuals.
The law also needs to control very rigidly private calamping complanies, who shouild be tightly regulated and licensed.
Neither of the above are controlled sufficiently in the people they employ, they have no CRB checks.
Why is it important?
My idea is important to restore the fairness of law enforcement in this country and to stop cash hungry councils exploiting the public in order to balance their books.
