The idea
There should be a law to make calling anyone 'Tony Blair'. A kid born today and called 'Tony/Anthony Blair' will be hated in the future and blamed for all the World's woes simply because of his name.
So lets make it illegal to call anyone by that name.
I know this is not 'the repeal' of a law and it's just a bit of fun – but that's the British way (Churchil often made humours comments in running the countyry – and we all love him).
