The idea
The pay gap between men and women will never be even until the benifits are equal. Obviously we can't remove maternity leave from women, and the paternity leave is woeful at the moment. Even it up!
Why is it important?
This will help restore the importance of a mans role in a childs life and also aide the work/life balance for some men. Also women will no longer be secretly discriminated against when applying for jobs in small businesses.
