The idea
Force the Police to follow the guidelines and set down minor offences that werwe committed decades previously instead of acting like spoilt children and refusing to.
Why is it important?
When I had a CRB check and it returned a conviction for theft, this said only one thing to my prospective employer; I am a thief. Now take into account I was present when a friend stole a pint of milk off of somebodies doorstep 32 years previously.
I applied to have the offence set down as per the guidelines and the Police refused. This is childish toy throwing. If the guidelines tell plod to do something, then he should do it.
