The idea
The current council tax system per household is unfair and unjust and shoud be based on heads per household or adults per household.
Why is it important?
My husband and I live next door to a family who share their house with 6 adults and 2 children. It is fair to say that the usage of facilities from this households exceeds our usage by far – and yet we pay the same rate.
