The idea
basically I feel if you commit a serious crime you hae violated someone elses human rights. I would like to see human rights reviewed so that it protects the rights of the innocent but does not prevent the guilty from being punished according to the crimes they commit.
Why is it important?
I feel that Human rights are great for criminals that can use it to there advantage most of the time when in truth i feel they have as I said lost there human rights by behaving in an inhuman manor.
they need to protect the rights of the innocent but not of the guilty to a point and so I feel it is important for Human Rights to be put under review at the very least so that it can be clearly defined so that certain human rights are upheld for everyone but somre should not get in the way of justice.
