Ring-fence road tax revenue for roads
Why is it important?
If you go to somewhere like Sweden they have no pot holes anywhere. Instead of burning the road tax revenue on MP expenses, ring fence it to be spent on pot holes and building more lanes on the congested motorways.
It is also insane that people with economical cars pay less tax. They use the roads just as much as everyone else. It is not fair that they do not pay a fair share.
