The idea
To remove this bill altogether, it gives the Goverment too many powers to just turn off Broadband connections or even to block websites they do not like!
It takes away the freedom of access for Internet, and infringes upon our Human Rights.
Why is it important?
Because otherwise one day you may find the Goverment wish to block a website, they can do it!
They can cut your broadband off because someone else used your wifi to download something!
If Broadband is truely a human right, then this act needs scrapping to protect the human rights of the UK.
